Estrategias del Caribe LLC (Estrategias) is a full-service administration, management and project coordination firm located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. Established under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Estrategias was registered in 2019, however, the advisors, consultants and sub-consultants have more than 20 years of experience.
Vision
For Estrategias, all the parties that participate in a project are important and for this reason our proposal consists of designing the strategies in dialogue and together with the client(s).
This Vision has been key to successfully achieving real estate acquisition management projects and family relocation; and others of administration and coordination such as the projects related to the disasters of Hurricane Maria, Earthquakes, and the initiated process of recovery of the damages caused by Hurricane Fiona.

The team consists of a legal group, social workers, planners, architects, engineers, administrators, federal project managers, real estate brokers, information technicians, title researchers, placers, permit managers, appraisers, managers & coordinators of acquisition, relocation & moving, among others. All these professionals contribute to the company with their vast experience in each project in charge.
Outstanding experience in commercial administration, banking, corporations, payroll, pre-invoicing of construction and demolition projects; and accounting, manager of fraud control and cyber transactions, budget management, among other responsibilities in the area of administration and accounting. He is the company’s representative in any contractual negotiation. He will ensure that the professional services are performed as contracted.
Property acquisition, relocation and moving projects under URA Law and Regulations (HUD). Extensive experience and knowledge in project management of acquisition, relocation and move-out projects in individual tenancy and collective tenancy scenarios. Excellent negotiation skills and social sensitivity. Will ensure compliance and enforceability of laws and regulations in each phase of the acquisition, relocation, and move-in process, as appropriate. Will review all forms, eligibility determinations and recommendations.
Lawyer and Notary Public, experience in civil litigation in the areas of real rights, damages and inheritance. She is in charge of the authorization of a variety of public instruments such as purchase and sale, mortgage, powers of attorney, among others. Experience in acquisition and relocation processes. His role will be Acquisition Manager.
Lawyer and Notary Public with more than 20 years of experience in the notarial practice, analyzing legal aspects related to real estate, mortgages and banking. Extensive knowledge in the processes and operation of the Real Estate Registry of Puerto Rico. Detailed examination and analysis of Title Studies. Drafting of public documents and instruments. Is at the forefront of the latest legal developments affecting the mortgage banking and real estate industry.
The relocation manager, in conjunction with the relocation counselor, is responsible for enforcing regulations and laws, conducting the analysis to determine occupant eligibility, reviewing benefit application forms and notices that apply to each case. eligibility of occupants, reviews benefit application forms and notices that apply to each case. She collaborates in the development of the Relocation Plan.
Her professional practice was in the Corporación del Proyecto ENLACE del Caño Martín Peña in the programs developed by the Office of Citizen Participation. She has excellent skills in citizen participation, coordination and extensive knowledge in the orientation process, popular education to assist the family in the exercise of their right to housing and social justice.
She has over 16 years of experience in community planning which focuses on integrating the citizens and stakeholders in the planning and decision-making process. During her career, she has spent more than 5 years working with the government, managing public engagement programs, and supporting state transportation planning policy implementation. Skilled in strategic design, she engages community groups, local governmental, and private institutions throughout planning stages and project execution. She has worked as a part-time professor at the Interamerican University and the University of Puerto Rico Graduate School of Social Work.
As an avid community advocate, over the last 10 years, she has been a volunteer teacher at the Literacy Adults Program in Santurce. Also, she volunteers as treasurer, in the Condominio Parque San Ramon’s Board of Directors. Her education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in social work and a Master’s Degree in Community Organizing both from University of Puerto Rico.
The role of the Community Liaison is to have a presence in the community from the residents themselves. This Liaison will make quality control calls to families and merchants who are in the process of rehousing, gathering their impression of the process and the treatment of the team. It will be the recipient of complaints and/or grievances and will activate the protocol to be agreed upon with the client. Will assist in calls, summons, workshops, assemblies, as required.
Independent real estate brokers. They will collaborate on the Relocation Plan in conjunction with the relocation manager and under the guidance of the relocation Counselor. Real estate agent with one year of experience in the field of family acquisition and relocation. Knowledgeable in relocation plans, property inventory and project management.
They have vast experience, with a federal certification and applicable licenses. They are in charge of property valuations, appraisal reviews, expert witness in court hearings, among others.
Urban planner with an experience of 18 years in transportation planning and multiple sectors of urban development including Complete Streets projects. They have a Bachelor degree in Environmental Design and a Master in Planning from University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras. They have skills in conceptualizing non-motorized transport projects, as well as mapping and analyzing motorized and non- motorized mobility routes.
Member of the Puerto Rican Planning Society, he has been part of the review committee of the code of ethics for planners in Puerto Rico. Music lover, likes sports, talks about sustainable mobility and urbanism and a day at a Beach. Collaborates with disaster claims processes.
Engineers are in charge of the supervision of damage reports made by the A&E for disasters. Experts in auction processes and inspection of design and construction projects. They assist with the claims process for disasters.
In charge of monitoring networks, deploying effective document control security.
The agency is in charge of the procedures with the agencies: registry certifications, CRIM, matters with the Treasury Department, AEE and AAA, among others.

Health Services
During the COVID-19 Pandemic, key personnel participated as volunteers from
the Coalición de Voces in PR in mass vaccination against the virus.
The Committee of Friends of Cancer Patients also receives the collaboration of the
staff committed to the health area.
Social Services
In the disasters that have impacted the Island, Hurricanes Irma, Maria, Fiona and earthquakes,
the staff has participated in the collection and distribution of first-class items
need in the most remote communities.
Estrategias brought home essentials, games and entertainment Mi Abuelita in Yauco, PR.
Sports Services
Groups of boys and girls from the Caño Martín Peña communities prepare to play
basketball with volunteer coaches from Estrategias.
The adult group receives training in softball for the tournaments between the eight
communities of the Caño Martin Peña.
In the Caribbean
The Casa Ana Foundation in Azua, Dominican Republic receives support for 40 children and
girls living in disadvantaged communities, collecting school supplies among the
Dominican diaspora.
The Lápiz Feliz organization receives donations of school supplies for children from
Barahona, Dominican Republic.
o The staff has also participated for 6 consecutive years in the Program of
Adult literacy for immigrants in the Caño Martin Peña.
